Testing the effect of different yeasts - compare with brew number 2. Brewed out very clear - no sediment to speak of after racking. Known as "SAM" - SAFAle yeast Amber Mid strength. A nicer brew than the liquid yeast version (see below).

Notes:
Compare with brew number 1 for the effect of different yeasts. No sediment to speak of after racking - very clear brew. Known as "LAM" - Liquid yeast Amber Mid strength. This brew is surprisingly not as good as the equivalent brew made with the SAFAle S04 yeast (see above). Perhaps the liquid yeast didn't have enough flavour to work with in a mid-strength brew. Still drinkable.
